Welsh food and drink is a secret worth sharing, as you will discover when following this very tasty itinerary of the finest produce to be found in Wales, from creamy Caerphilly cheese to potent Welsh vodka! Discover the World Heritage Site and the Cheddar Company in Blaenavon, along with an optional underground tour at the Big Pit Mining Museum. We explore the Brecon Beacons and we also enjoy the sights of the capital city, Cardiff, including a cruise on Cardiff Bay, as well as time for shopping in the historic covered market in Swansea, famous for its local seafood and fresh fish.

Excursions
Visit, tour and tasting at the Blaenafon Cheddar Company in Blaenavon, a World Heritage Site. Here you will find a selection of hand made Cheddar and goat’s cheese made with quality local ingredients - one of which is matured underground at the neighbouring Big Pit Mining Museum. We will also visit the Blaenafon Ironworks and Heritage centre.
A visit, tour and tasting at the Welsh Whisky Company, situated in the small village of Penderyn, within the Brecon Beacons National Park. It’s the only distillery left in Wales and one of the smallest in the world. Visit, tour and tasting at Pemberton’s Welsh Chocolate Farm, near St. Clears, where we will see handmade chocolates as they are produced.You will also have the chance to make your own chocolate.
A scenic cruise around Cardiff Bay and enjoy a cream tea while seeing the sights.
